Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for my needs, being close to the regional airport, but the rooms were below my expectations with a strong deodorizer scent. The service was friendly, but the staff couldn't offer much beyond basic privacy and warmth. The dining experience was limited to fast-food options, and the facilities were mediocre overall.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the room was equipped with a heart-shaped hot tub and a king-size bed, but on the other hand, there was no phone, clock, or emergency exit instructions/map. Additionally, I found the lack of room darkening shades inconvenient, and the absence of an ice machine was a letdown. The late evening noise from neighbors and the dripping water in the shower also affected my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, but unfortunately, there were people still in the room I was allocated. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to address any issues, but they wouldn't be available until the morning. The location was fine for exploring nearby attractions, but it was not as clean as I'd hoped. The dining experience was quite ridiculous with limited options, although the Teppanyaki fish was a nice surprise.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a strong deodorizer smell and some furniture was broken, but they were clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and courteous, even with personnel shortages. The location was convenient but lacked attractions. The dining options were limited to packaged items during renovations. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.
Upon entering the room, I was disappointed to find it very cold and it took forever to warm up. There was a strong smell of old smoke despite being sold as smoke-free. The room had all kinds of burn holes and felt so outdated that I was skeeved out and had to check for bed bugs.
