I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the room was equipped with a heart-shaped hot tub and a king-size bed, but on the other hand, there was no phone, clock, or emergency exit instructions/map. Additionally, I found the lack of room darkening shades inconvenient, and the absence of an ice machine was a letdown. The late evening noise from neighbors and the dripping water in the shower also affected my stay.

Upon entering the room, I was disappointed to find it very cold and it took forever to warm up. There was a strong smell of old smoke despite being sold as smoke-free. The room had all kinds of burn holes and felt so outdated that I was skeeved out and had to check for bed bugs.
